Responsibilities
Provides technical, administrative, and operational leadership for the program
Supervises assigned staff, including subordinate supervisors
Participates in the development of technical project plans, proposals, reports, and task order and administrative reporting
Serves as the team's primary Point of Contact for assigned technical actions and data calls
Develops and presents technical briefings for Engineering Review Boards, documenting proposed solutions and/or system design changes
Collaborates with the development team to define options and provide recommendations to the client for technical solutions
Collaborates with the customer on project plans, resource allocation, and approaches for technical requirements
Assists with high level technical services on assigned tasks, which may include system health monitoring, support for system scans, terminating/starting servers, updates to technical documentation, and support for security accreditation tasks
Attends customer meetings and may serve as primary client liaison
Interacts with vendors, other agencies, and other client staff on behalf of the client
Coordinates development of deliverables and products
Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables
Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned
Participates in special projects as required
Qualification
Required
Top Secret SCI + Polygraph clearance level must currently possess
Top Secret SCI + Polygraph clearance level must be able to obtain
15+ years of related experience
US Citizenship Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience
