Associate Supply Chain Improvement Specialist

Responsibilities
Creating or updating knowledge base documentation and training materials for End User Support
Developing and monitoring project schedules and ensuring projects meet deadlines
Communicating with internal customers regarding program progress
Designing and executing systems test plans to ensure fail-safe integration of a program into a production environment
Highlighting areas needing resolution and driving solutions
Evaluating current processes and systems for cost reduction and improvement and determines project priorities
Creating reports for internal and external customers from the applicable software which may include identifying analytics as it relates to Supply Chain
Researching and implementing best practices for program management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field, OR equivalent education and experience
At least three years or related supply chain experience
Ability to think creatively to solve complex problems
Ability to prepare and present complex technical information
Strong interpersonal skills necessary to communicate and negotiate effectively with diverse groups of people
Possesses knowledge of Supply Chain practices, principles and ethics
Understanding or experience working in ERP systems, preferably SAP
Strong organizational and planning skills
Demonstrated project management skills
Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location
