They are seeking a Field Engineer Intern to assist Field/Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Superintendents with various responsibilities related to construction projects.

Responsibilities
Assist Field/Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Superintendents
Conduct safety audits and quality audits
Read and understand drawings and specifications
Log submittals, process RFIs, and prepare reports
Assist with surveying and project layout
Maintain and update field drawings, field equipment, and records
Assist with coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and field staff
Coordinate material deliveries and documentation
Attend relevant project meetings
Prepare memos, letters, meeting minutes, contracts, and other forms/documents
Assist with project documentation requirements
Assist with estimating and soliciting subcontractors and/or suppliers for information and pricing
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled as a full-time student attending Pasadena City College pursuing a degree relevant to the construction industry (e.g., Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, etc.)
Desire to pursue a career as a Project Manager, Superintendent, or Estimator
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
18 years of age or older and possess a valid Driver's License
Willing to work and live in the Southern California area
Willing to temporarily relocate to project locations
Ability to navigate through a construction site daily, including climbing ladders and stairs
Ability to work around and near heavy equipment, cranes, and other construction equipment
Employment contingent upon passing a substance abuse test conducted by a third party
