They are seeking Clinical Researchers with STEM PhDs to leverage their expertise in creating high-quality problems that have real-world applicability in AI for healthcare and scientific research.

Responsibilities
Collaborate asynchronously with a team of highly qualified domain experts
Design multi-step workflows that require agents to navigate databases, extract relevant data, and analyze scientific or regulatory information
Create detailed evaluation rubrics to assess AI agent performance
Contribute 15–20 hours per week, with the potential for increased hours and project extension
Qualification
Required
You hold a PhD from a top institution in the U.S., Canada, UK, New Zealand, or Australia
You have experience with medical or scientific databases such as ClinicalTrials.gov, PubMed, FDA databases, or CDC data
You bring professional research experience in academia, pharmaceutical, or healthcare institutions
You have exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills
You possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills
You are fluent in English and able to communicate complex concepts clearly
Preferred
Prior experience creating evaluation rubrics or scoring systems for AI models
Experience in cross-disciplinary research projects or clinical trial design
