Manage month-end close activities and support financial reporting
Review and approve disbursements and vendor payments
Direct payroll processing and related tax submissions
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local reporting requirements
Coordinate subcontractor payments and documentation
Partner with senior finance leadership on special projects and improvements
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience
Construction industry accounting required
Experience leading or supervising accounting teams
Advanced knowledge of payroll tax and regulatory filings
Hands-on experience with construction-focused ERP and payment platforms
