Responsibilities
Partner with Wealth leadership to identify and execute opportunities for business and operational transformation
Design and deliver a multi-year roadmap aligned to Wealth strategy and growth objectives
Lead enterprise-wide initiatives focused on process improvement, automation, digital transformation, and technology enablement
Analyze client and internal value chains to document, redesign, and optimize business processes
Build compelling business cases and execution plans to prioritize initiatives for maximum impact
Lead cross-functional delivery teams to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and with high quality
Establish strong governance, controls, and change frameworks to support sustainable adoption
Drive robust change management and post-implementation health checks to ensure benefits realization
Communicate progress and outcomes clearly to senior leadership and key stakeholders
Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of transformation and delivery professionals
Qualification
Required
A proven leader who can influence senior stakeholders and build consensus across functions
Highly proactive, adaptable, and comfortable operating in an evolving environment
Strong problem solver with the ability to design and execute innovative solutions
Excellent communicator, able to translate complex ideas into clear actions
Process-oriented mindset with a strong understanding of technology and digital enablement
Comfortable leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with multiple workstreams
10–15 years of experience within Financial Services or Consulting, ideally in a large, complex organization
Experience in wealth management, asset management, financial services, or management consulting
Demonstrated success leading enterprise or business-unit transformation programs
Strong experience managing multiple initiatives in parallel within a broader program
Deep expertise in business process design, technology delivery, and change management
Strong data-driven approach to decision-making and performance measurement
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Preferred
Certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, ADKAR (or similar) are advantageous
