Responsibilities

Drive both business and financial decisions through the ownership of an individual intern project
Be exposed to key processes including monthly reporting and close, financial analyses, annual forecasting and more
Work closely with and be placed across our departments including FP&A, Accounting, Internal Audit, Investor Relations, Treasury, and Tax
Work with finance team to design and maintain financial models to drive action of business partners
Work cross-functionally with Internal Audit team and IT partners on high-impact initiative to utilize key systems and drive risk-assessment analyses
Analyze working capital to drive forecasting inputs and drive business outcomes
Spearhead the development of a dynamic financial model tailored for the CFO's strategic decision-making regarding corporate owned insurance policies
Participate in activities to enhance business acumen and personal growth, including specialized onboarding and social networking events

Required

Pursuing a bachelor's degree
Relevant internship or project experience
A minimum GPA of 3.0
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven problem-solving capabilities
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Experience leading teams or organizations
Ability to travel as needed
