Responsibilities
Oversee essential reporting responsibilities, including taking charge of daily sales and KPI reports and conducting detailed analyses
Provide business insights during monthly closing procedures by performing variance analysis and working with accounting to ensure accuracy
Assist the delivery of monthly presentations that highlight financial results and key drivers
Support all aspects of FP&A activity including long-range planning, annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and financial performance reviews
Perform ad-hoc analysis to address key strategic or operational questions
Participate in cross functional projects and be a valued business partner, providing data led insights to influence and lead to better decisions
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team with a natural urgency to drive results
Develop and manage master data sets and financial models key to delivering efficient analysis
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration; MBA a plus
5+ years of related work experience
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
Proven expertise in developing analytical models
Knowledge of accounting procedures
Preferred
Experience with BI tools, SAP or BPC a plus
