Responsibilities

Develop and implement project schedules to meet deadlines, ensuring projects maintain profitability
Manage, direct and oversee all aspects of projects, including understanding contracts and creation of Statements of Work (SOW)
Resolve escalations and perform root cause analysis for positive results
Motivate the team to find successful solutions and direct day-to-day operations at client sites
Present Insight to prospective clients, manage current clients, and assist the sales team with business development activities

Required

Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including, but not limited to, Office, Project, Project Server and SharePoint
