Minimum 4 years of full-time professional experience as a Human Resources Assistant (excluding payroll/timekeeping) or similar role
Ability to commit at least 15 hours per week
Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks are not supported)
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Legally authorized to work as an independent contractor without employer sponsorship
