Responsibilities
Preparing, analyzing, and managing contractual agreements
Negotiating terms with clients and partners
Ensuring compliance with both company policies and regulations
Maintaining accurate contract documentation
Providing insights to support informed decision-making
Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical skills to evaluate contract terms, risk mitigation, and decision-making support
Proven experience in contract negotiation and a thorough understanding of contractual agreements
Proficiency in contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and compliance monitoring
Effective communication skills, with an ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred
Proficiency in contract management software is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field is preferred
Familiarity with government contracts, FAR/DFAR regulations, and IT contracts is advantageous
Active Top Secret Clearance would be nice but not required
