P&C Sales Director - Insurance Carrier Sales
ePlacement is a high-growth fintech scale-up redefining how Property & Casualty insurance carriers manage payments and claims. The role focuses on new logo acquisition within P&C insurance carriers, selling at the enterprise level into finance, treasury, claims, and operations leadership.
Responsibilities
Prospect, qualify, and close new P&C insurance carrier relationships across the U.S
Own the full enterprise sales cycle from first contact through contract execution
Build and maintain a strong pipeline leveraging your existing carrier-side network
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes involving Claims, Treasury, Finance, and Executive leadership
Navigate long, consultative sales cycles (6–18 months) in a regulated environment
Represent the company at major P&C insurance conferences and industry events
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term customer success
Qualification
Required
5+ years' experience selling directly to P&C insurance carriers
Proven track record of new logo acquisition with carrier organisations (not primarily renewals or servicing)
Strong understanding of P&C carrier operations, including claims workflows, treasury, and financial controls
Experience selling solutions into carrier stakeholders such as CFO / Finance leadership, Treasury teams, Claims leadership, Operations / Transformation teams
Demonstrated ability to run complex, senior-level sales conversations
Existing, trusted relationships within U.S. P&C carriers
Preferred
Exposure to payments, treasury, or financial operations technology is a plus, but not essential
