Fleet Administrative Coordinator

The Fleet Administrative Coordinator is responsible for general clerical duties in the Fleet Department, including maintaining accurate vehicle data and computerized fleet analysis.

Responsibilities
Maintain accurate vehicle data with Maximo for Fleet, along with running various Maximo reports
Prepare parts reports
Work order input
Maintain accurate and up-to-date vehicle files
Prepare accounts payable submissions to Shared Services for approval by BU Fleet Manager
Maintain A/P vendor list
Annual Safety training. Local vehicle licensing & distribution of registrations
Prepare necessary purchase orders
Reconcile P-card statements
Other general clerical duties: Telephone and Filing
Follow established company Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality procedures and policies
Actively participate in Hazard Mitigation
Complete assigned Health & Safety trainings
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required
Two (2) years of computer experience required
