IT Field Marketing Specialist-Spanish-$42/hr
Trilyon, Inc. is seeking an IT Field Marketing Specialist who will oversee the execution of marketing programs and ensure they meet key targets. The role involves managing event logistics, content localization, and sales enablement resources while maintaining operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Flawless delivery of marketing programs (webinars, workshops, executive dinners, 3rd party sponsorships, and large-scale events) that meet or exceed registration, attendance and pipeline targets
You will fully manage the project lifecycle from kickoff to post-event wrap-up
This includes managing vendor relationships, sourcing venues, overseeing production logistics, and acting as the primary point of contact for execution
You will own completing reviews of content localized from English to Spanish including assets such as eBooks, registration pages, email and web copy
You will build and maintain sales enablement resources (landing pages, social copy, email templates, internal communications) for Field Marketing Managers to ensure the field is engaged and prepared
You will manage procurement, open POs, track spend against the forecast, and reconcile costs for your assigned programs
Additionally, you will contribute to and/or build 'playbooks' for Databricks events, documenting processes and flagging areas of optimization to ensure every successful program is repeatable
Qualification
Required

Self-directed, anticipate roadblocks, manage timelines autonomously, and push projects across the finish line
Experience managing complex logistics and budgets
Comfortable managing competing priorities
Effectively communicate cross-functionally and keep stakeholders inside and outside of Field Marketing informed
1–3 years of experience in field marketing or event management where you held primary ownership of project execution
Fluent in Spanish is a must
Ability to travel within the US and to Mexico (2-3 times per year to Mexico City) as needed
