Responsibilities
Work alongside Sales Directors and/or Market Consultants to understand how to operate a territory. Learning the Flowers way with Key Account holders
Understand how baking at Flowers is done. Work side by side with our operations team baking our product and learning how we keep our products safe and fresh
Upon successful completion of our 26-week Business Development Generalist program you will be placed into a Sales role across our company (nationwide) where you can add immediate value
Qualification
Required
Must be a college graduate or graduating senior in a bachelor's degree program
Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT medical card
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
Ability to frequently lift/carry products weighing approximately 25 lbs. as well as the ability to push/pull up to 50 lbs
Must be willing to relocate after your 6-month training is complete, if required
