Inventory Control Manager
ID Logistics is a leading global 3PL transportation organization committed to operational excellence. The Inventory Control Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with operational procedures related to inventory management, overseeing the accuracy of warehouse inventory, and promoting a safe work environment.

Responsibilities
Promote a safe environment for employees and customer products, ensuring compliance with all safety standards, including hazmat handling procedures
Advise management on the appropriate resolution of operational issues
Foster a positive teamwork environment by actively listening and communicating with associates in a fast-paced setting
Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy in a high-volume environment
Maintain a tour-ready facility, ensuring the warehouse and co-pack areas are well-organized at all times
Monitor and ensure daily compliance with all safety and operational procedures
Support coordination of floor space utilization and workflow optimization to handle large volumes of inventory
Assist in coordinating OS&D (Overages, Shortages, and Damages) claims in a timely manner
Ensure timely identification and resolution of inventory discrepancies related to inbound, outbound, and damaged product
Maintain strong controls over damaged inventory to ensure accuracy, proper tracking, and disposition
Ensure adherence to contractual obligations related to cycle count frequency and inventory control requirements
Oversee inventory control activities across the entire facility, including both warehouse and co-pack operations, supporting end-to-end inventory processes
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Experience operating forklift, reach truck, and order-selector equipment
Inventory Control experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience
Minimum of 2 years of working knowledge with Workforce Management Systems and RF systems
Strong analytical and mathematical skills, including the ability to perform calculations involving rates, ratios, percentages, and basic arithmetic
Ability to interpret bar graphs and data reports to support effective problem-solving and decision-making
Experience overseeing daily inventory control processes, including stock level management, cycle counts, and reporting
Proven ability to ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory data within Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Experience performing root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies and implementing corrective actions
Ability to lead and train inventory control associates on best practices and system usage
Experience with barcode scanning, RFID technology, and advanced inventory management software
Ability to develop, track, and execute performance metrics to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of inventory control processes
