New Grad, Entry LevelBobcat Company is a leader in heavy equipment manufacturing, and they are seeking a Field Test Machine Operator for their 2nd shift. In this role, the operator will be responsible for safely operating test machines in a controlled environment to simulate customer usage and performing various maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities
Operate test machines in a safe, efficient manner in compliance with safety rules and regulations
Operate test machines in accordance with engineering standards or as directed by leads or test engineers
Perform and document “pre-op” and “end of shift” activities of assigned test machines
Machine washing (interior, under-cab, exterior, engine compartment) as assigned
Achieve 7 hours of machine run time per shift
Perform site projects (maintenance, repairs, etc.) as assigned
Complete MSHA New Miner and Annual Refresher Training
Qualification
Required
Heavy equipment or forklift experience
Physically able to get in and out of the machines, grease, change attachments, replace bucket teeth, etc
The ability to communicate in both written and verbal forms
Willingness and ability to work in adverse weather and solitude conditions performing routine, repetitive and mundane tasks
Willingness and ability to learn, follow instructions and accept Bobcat's methods
Job specific skills, techniques and safe work and equipment operating practices are learned through on-the-job and classroom training
General instructions are given on recurring duties, operations, or assignments; detailed instructions are given on new duties, operations, or assignments
