Lead and manage a team of 10-15 Executives, ensuring effective team dynamics and productivity
Oversee daily operations and provide guidance to team members to achieve organizational goals
Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and support for continuous improvement
Ensure the smooth execution of student and client support processes, maintaining high service standards
Prepare and present detailed reports on team performance and operational metrics to senior management
Assist in the training and onboarding of new Executives, fostering a culture of learning and development
Implement company policies and workflows through effective team management and communication
Support the team in managing online platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook, CRM, and Google Sheets
Provide strategic input to enhance the quality of work and operational efficiency
Facilitate a professional and supportive work environment within the Ed-Tech sector
