Recruiting Coordinator - $25 - $30 per hour
7Seventy Recruiting is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support recruiting, coordination, and onboarding activities across the United States. This role focuses on candidate communication, interview coordination, and pre-onboarding logistics to ensure new hires are fully prepared and compliant before placement.
Information Services
Responsibilities
Support recruiting efforts by sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews and information sessions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records across tracking systems and internal tools
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process to ensure timely follow-up
Assist with onboarding tasks, including tracking background checks, fingerprinting, and required documentation
Monitor onboarding progress and flag outstanding items or delays
Maintain compliance records for internal and external reporting needs
Collaborate with recruiting and staffing teams to ensure smooth placement and onboarding
Provide administrative support for seasonal hiring surges and special staffing projects
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or staffing administration
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset
Experience working with applicant tracking systems, CRMs, or project management tools
Comfortable managing compliance processes such as background checks and fingerprinting
Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable team player
Availability to occasionally work evenings or weekends during peak periods
Reliable internet access and the ability to work independently
