Responsibilities
Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to implementation for technology, claims, and reinsurance transformation projects
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
Oversee project governance, including budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and reporting
Ensure projects align with business goals and compliance requirements
Work with third-party vendors and system integrators to drive technology enhancements
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and executive summaries
Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring stakeholder engagement and buy-in
Qualification
Required
5+ years of project management experience in the P&C insurance industry
Experience leading technology-driven initiatives related to claims transformation, reinsurance, or underwriting systems
Strong understanding of insurance operations, regulatory requirements, and best practices
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Hands-on experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Microsoft Project, Asana, etc.)
Preferred
PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications a plus
