Required
Skills in Maintenance & Repair Security Systems (Intrusion Alarm, Fire Alarm, CCTV and Access Control)
Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Field Service
Strong Customer Service skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education is a plus
Preferred
Relevant certifications or training in security systems or a related field are beneficial
