Responsibilities
Develop and distribute proposal and qualification materials, as required for individual requests to include boiler plate narratives, resumes and project sheets
For major bids, collaborate with the Business Development and Capture Managers throughout the entire proposal development process
Provide guidance to the proposal team in preparing the technical components of the proposal by reviewing the initial section outlines to ensure that all RFP/RFQ requirements are incorporated
Develop and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and press releases
Manage and grow the company's social media presence. Track engagement metrics and recommend strategies to improve visibility and reach
Assist in content creation for both internal and external communications
Support the planning and logistics for industry conferences, trade shows, and client events. This includes attending the events and coordinating booth setup, promotional materials, and team schedules
Maintain CRM records and assist in tracking leads and opportunities
Participate in the development and preparation of the PowerPoint slides, as well as the production of any other required support materials
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field
10+ years of related work experience in the A/E/C industry, including 5+ years in proposal management
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) applications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Teams, SharePoint). Proven track record in project management, with experience overseeing complex proposal processes, timelines, and resources
Advanced time management and organizational skills, with experience managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
Ability to navigate complex RFPs and synthesize information into clear, persuasive content and visual concepts
Strong belief in customer service; positive attitude and flexibility in an environment of tight deadlines, unexpected changes, and frequent interruptions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex concepts to proposal team members at varying levels
Strong ability to proofread and apply writing/grammatical rules to ensure high-quality products
