Responsibilities
Delegates assignments to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
Recommends or initiates personnel actions and administers organization's policies for the department
Ensures the compliance, safety, quality and efficiency of work activities
Develops schedules and monitors time records to ensure timely payroll record submissions
Prioritizes work orders; plans, schedules, coordinates and assigns work
Plans and organizes the purchase of all necessary materials, parts and components required for work orders
Qualification
Required
High school education or equivalent required
Three years of experience leading the maintenance functions in a complex facility, responsible for a variety of maintenance functions
Preferred
Associate's degree preferred
