Responsibilities
Manage complex files from intake to resolution
Serve as trial counsel, appellate counsel, or monitoring counsel for excess insurers
Handle a dynamic caseload of high-exposure matters across State and Federal Courts
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice in New Jersey
2–8+ years of relevant litigation experience
Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
Experience taking/defending depositions, drafting motions, and handling discovery
Preferred
Admission to other jurisdictions and/or federal courts in NJ
Trial experience
