Group Home Quality Assurance Specialist

The Group Home Quality Assurance Specialist will oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and supporting the organization's mission to enhance individual independence and fulfillment.
Responsibilities
Supporting nine (9) individuals with the potential for program growth in the future
Conduct audits, identify compliance gaps, and develop corrective action plans
Work collaboratively with clinical, operational, and administrative teams to support compliance and quality improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Human Services, Public Administration, or a related field
Minimum of three (3) years of quality assurance, compliance, or regulatory experience in a healthcare or human services setting
Demonstrated working knowledge of Pennsylvania regulations, including 55 Pa. Code Chapter 6400, as well as other applicable Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS) and Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) regulations and bulletins
Strong skills in data analysis, trending, and reporting, with the ability to translate findings into actionable insights
Proven ability to conduct audits, identify compliance gaps, and develop corrective action plans
Ability to work collaboratively with clinical, operational, and administrative teams to support compliance and quality improvement initiatives
Preferred
Certified Investigator (CI) certification preferred; candidates will be expected to obtain CI certification upon hire if not already certified
CPHQ (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality) or similar quality certification preferred
