Responsibilities
Contract administration and client support
Supporting marketing and conference efforts
Light administrative support for CEO
Implementing processes, systems, and workflows to create office efficiencies
Owning special projects and internal initiatives, when possible driving them to completion with minimal supervision
Maintaining organized and accurate records in CRM; ensuring deal details in the CRM accurately reflect what is included in contracts, including pricing, scope, products, and terms, prior to contract issuance
Supporting Accounting and Finance with document and invoice reviews; ensuring accuracy of inputs for invoice generation, including hardware and monitoring services
Other client related activities and ad-hoc projects and tasks
Qualification
Required
3 yrs+ operations or relevant administrative or coordination experience
Strong attention to detail and clear examples if setting up processes and being meticulous at work
Preferred
Experience using project management tools a plus
Degree and startup experience preferred
