Responsibilities
Leverage GenAI tools like ChatGPT, Claude Code, Gemini, Figma, Replit, etc. to supercharge efforts
Lead the development of new 0-1 Gen AI feature prototyping from concept to launch, identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation
Manage the alpha and beta testing phases, gather user feedback, and refine features to ensure they meet user needs and business goals
Coordinate with the broader product team for scaling features from 1-10 rollout, ensuring smooth transitions and knowledge transfer
Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the company’s strategic goals, ensuring timely delivery of new features and improvements
Conduct user research and analyze data to gain deep insights into customer needs and behaviors, driving informed product decisions
Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization, including executives, engineers, and customers, to align on product vision and progress
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience
Ability to leverage GenAI tools like ChatGPT, Claude Code, Gemini, Figma, Replit, etc
Lead the development of new 0-1 Gen AI feature prototyping from concept to launch
Manage the alpha and beta testing phases, gather user feedback, and refine features
Coordinate with the broader product team for scaling features from 1-10 rollout
Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals
Conduct user research and analyze data to gain deep insights into customer needs and behaviors
Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization
Preferred
Proven track record in product management within a B2B SaaS environment
Ability to rapidly prototype new features independently
Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong technical background with the ability to understand and contribute to engineering discussions
Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application in solving real-world problems
Strong focus on user experience and customer satisfaction
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior product managers
