Design complex, profession-specific psychiatric questions to support AI research and evaluation
Apply real-world clinical expertise to create high-quality prompts and scenarios for large language models
Provide accurate, well-reasoned reference answers based on psychiatric best practices
Review and refine AI-generated outputs for clinical relevance and correctness
Collaborate asynchronously with research teams at Mercor to improve model performance
Qualification
Required
Strong years of professional experience practicing psychiatry
Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to translate clinical judgment into clear, structured content
Comfortable working independently in a remote, project-based environment
Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported)
