Responsibilities
Drive accelerated revenue growth by identifying, developing, and executing new business opportunities within targeted markets and accounts
Build and actively manage a robust sales pipeline, generating self-sourced leads and converting prospects into high-value, long-term customers
Expand product adoption and utilization by mapping key stakeholders, leading product conversions, and growing the active user base within assigned territories
Develop and execute territory-level growth strategies aligned with broader commercial and organizational objectives
Leverage relationships with key opinion leaders, emerging influencers, and strategic partners to accelerate market entry and credibility
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to support revenue goals, customer onboarding, and execution of launch or expansion initiatives
Gather and communicate market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights to inform sales strategy and product development
Deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting, ensuring visibility into growth drivers, risks, and opportunities
Support customer training and education to ensure effective product use, maximize customer value, and drive repeat business
Qualification
Required
Must be able to communicate vision and win others over to a unified strategy
Bachelor's degree
Three to five (2-5) years of progressively more responsible business experience in a class I-III medical device company or equivalent
Knowledge of the medical device industry, health care delivery, and managed care/reimbursement markets and the factors that drive them
Ability to foster collaboration, influence others outside of reporting structure and work collaboratively across a matrix structure
Analytical skills enabling financial modelling, business analysis and progress tracking and visibility
Ability to predict, prevent/identify and address obstacles impeding progress
Ability to work in a geographically diverse business environment
Strong leadership skills, including the ability to set goals and provide positive and constructive feedback respectfully to build positive relationships and improve business results
Ability to travel within territory up to 70%
