Patient Access Representative
Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions. They are seeking a Patient Access Representative to handle inbound phone calls, schedule medication deliveries, and gather patient information for their pharmacy application.
Responsibilities
Receiving and triaging inbound phone calls
Receiving and completing scheduling calls via dialer or outbound queues
Gathering demographics, plan information, patient history and other data and documenting in pharmacy application, as necessary
Contacting physicians for missing or required information
Processes document intake queue for pharmacy technician processing
Prepares shipping materials for packing stations
Schedule medication deliveries
Performs other related duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
High school diploma, general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience Computer skills
Experience working with databases (CRM preferable) or a tracking system; Salesforce CRM experience
Experience working in a health care/pharmaceutical industry environment (MUST)
Understanding of challenges associated with patients' medical condition
Capable of lifting to 50lbs if needed
Preferred
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office, Teams)
Good communication skills, both written & verbal
