Responsibilities
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
Oversee all phases of construction to ensure alignment with project objectives, contract requirements, and safety regulations
Lead and coordinate project teams, fostering collaboration among clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and resolving issues as they arise
Manage project financials, including cost tracking, forecasting, and variance resolution
Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays or cost overruns
Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including contracts, change orders, schedules, and reports
Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, quality standards, and company policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline preferred
10+ years of commercial construction project management experience
Proven experience managing multiple projects and leading cross-functional teams
Strong understanding of construction means and methods, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera) and Microsoft Office
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
