Responsibilities

Define product strategy and roadmap across core experiences: AI-powered role discovery, Matching & personalization, Resume intelligence & apply flow, Employer experience and signal quality
Translate user problems into clear product hypotheses and priorities
Balance short-term execution with long-term product vision
Write crisp product requirements and success metrics
Partner closely with engineering and ML to ship high-quality features
Make smart tradeoffs between speed, quality, and scope
Own launches, iterations, and post-launch learning
Work with ML engineers to turn models into usable, trustworthy product experiences
Help define how AI decisions are surfaced, explained, and improved over time
Ensure AI features deliver real user value — not just novelty
Define and track core product metrics (activation, retention, match quality, conversion)
Design experiments and A/B tests to validate product decisions
Use data and qualitative feedback to continuously improve the experience
Act as the connective tissue between product, engineering, ML, growth, and leadership
Be the voice of the user internally — candidates and employers
Influence company direction through product insight

Required

4–8+ years of product management experience
Shipped consumer, marketplace, or data-driven products
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and early-stage environments
Think in systems, not just features
Care deeply about UX, clarity, and outcomes

Preferred

Worked on AI-powered or recommendation-driven products
Built products where discovery and personalization matter
Worked at a Seed–Series B startup
Touched growth, monetization, or two-sided marketplaces
Experience in HR tech, recruiting, or adjacent domains (not required)
