Investigate and resolve suspended Google Business Profiles
Submit appeals with accurate and relevant documentation
Communicate with Google Support when needed
Provide 2 brief updates per week via our group chat (text)
Track status and outcomes of reinstatement efforts
Qualification
Required
Strong written communication and organization skills
Ability to follow guidelines and SOPs
Must be responsive and able to provide regular updates
Preferred
Experience with Google Business Profiles (a plus, but not required—we can train the right person)
