IT Account / Client Success Manager (Microsoft Knowledge Req.)
GSES is a privately owned Managed Services Provider (MSP) seeking a motivated Account Management Professional to join their team. The Account Manager will be responsible for client relationship management, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and long-term success while leveraging technology to meet client goals.

Qualification
Required
Solid experience using CRM software
Experience with Microsoft 365
A bachelor's or associate degree in business, computer science, or computer information systems is desired
CRM software: 1 year (Required)
Driver's License/Insurance (Required)
Folsom, CA 95630: Relocate before starting work (Required)
Preferred
One to Three (1-3) years of experience in Account Management or Inside Sales within the technical field preferred
