Sales Support Specialist / New Business Sales Coordinator, 26-15004
TeamBradley, Inc. is seeking a Sales Support Specialist who will play a key role in supporting new business development and national account initiatives. The role involves working closely with the New Business Development Manager and cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth coordination and execution of go-to-market strategies.
Responsibilities
Partner closely with the New Business Development Manager to support pipeline activity, pricing, and margin analysis
Serve as the coordination point between Sales and Marketing for custom product requests and presentation materials
Support assigned national accounts through reporting, data analysis, and ongoing sales coordination
Prepare reports, analysis, and materials for annual account meetings
Assist with trade show preparation, product launches, and national sales initiatives
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in sales, sales support, or a sales-adjacent role
Solid understanding of the sales process and customer relationship support
Comfortable supporting large, multi-location national accounts
Strong Excel and reporting skills with an analytical mindset
Able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
Willing to travel approximately 20 percent
Preferred
Experience supporting sales teams in plumbing, industrial, or tooling-related industries
