Responsibilities

Collaborate with recruiting teams to understand candidate requirements for a variety of roles, with emphasis on corporate aviation flight crew positions
Utilize diverse sourcing channels such as online job boards, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and other digital tools to identify potential candidates
Research candidate backgrounds and qualifications to ensure alignment with role requirements
Engage with candidates to encourage registration and participation in our recruitment process. Assist with their onboarding
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate profiles
Provide regular updates to recruiting teams on sourcing progress and candidate pipelines
Adapt sourcing strategies based on feedback and evolving hiring needs

Required

Preferred
