Vice President of Regional Operations

Fintech and Finance Alliance is a newly established company in the regional development phase, seeking a Vice President of Regional Operations. This core management position will focus on establishing a regional operating framework and launching regional business operations from the ground up, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy and addressing practical challenges in implementation.

Responsibilities

Establish a regional operation management framework that can be directly put into use
Define core regional processes, key nodes, authority boundaries, and escalation mechanisms
Ensure the system is functional, controllable, and replicable, not just remaining at the level of policy documents
Translate the company's overall strategy and headquarters operating model into regionally executable plans
Develop regional launch rhythm, phased goals, and key milestones
Quickly identify problems and make structural adjustments in the initial stage of regional launch
Participate in the design of regional organizational structure and job boundaries
Promote the formation of stable collaboration mechanisms between the region and headquarters, and among various functions within the region
Deeply participate in the design of the implementation and usage of core systems in the region
Ensure that the system truly serves regional operations, rather than increasing complexity
Provide feedback on real regional needs and promote continuous optimization of the headquarters system
Define the most critical operational and business indicators for the region
Establish regional operational review, debriefing, and optimization mechanisms
Provide headquarters management with real and actionable regional operational data

Required

Over 20 years of regional operations or comprehensive management experience
At least one complete experience from 'regional preparation' to 'stable operation.'
Can clearly explain which headquarters systems must be in place before regional launch
Can clearly explain which problems, if left unresolved until business starts, will incur extremely high costs
Can make independent decisions in situations with incomplete information and clear time constraints
Can collaborate deeply with headquarters and the founding team, rather than passively executing instructions
