Sales Account Manager
Mountain View Seeds is looking to hire a Sales Account Manager to grow their territory by building strong dealer relationships and executing targeted market strategies. The role involves identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts, developing new business, and driving revenue growth while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Manage and grow assigned sales territory through strong customer and dealer relationships
Develop and execute market strategies to expand existing accounts and secure new business
Meet and exceed sales targets while driving consistent revenue growth
Identify, qualify, and pursue leads through prospecting and relationship development
Assess customer needs and present appropriate product or service solutions
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and accurate forecasts
Execute marketing initiatives and stay informed on product, market, and competitive trends
Collaborate with internal teams and represent the company at meetings and industry events
Travel with the purpose of assisting and selling customers. The expectation would be that approximately 40-50% of your time would be spent on the road selling
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 3+ years of experience is preferred
Must have a valid driver's license
Must be competitive and self-motivated
Ability to present in a professional manner
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organization and time management skills
Proven analytical and problem-solving solutions for customers and company
Able to develop and execute territory sales strategies
Strong presentation, negotiating and closing skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
