Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Web Services, APIs, and XSLT
Support inbound/outbound integrations across HCM, Benefits, and Payroll , including PECI, PICOF, WECI interfaces
Perform integration testing (unit, regression, UAT) and troubleshoot production issues across multiple environments
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Support data conversion, mapping, validation, and reconciliation efforts
Collaborate with functional teams to ensure alignment with HR/Payroll operations
Participate in release impact analysis and post‑go‑live stabilization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline
5+ years of hands-on Workday integration experience
Strong expertise with Workday integration frameworks (EIB, CCBs/Core Connectors, Studio)
Experience supporting large Workday implementations—government or public sector preferred
Solid understanding of Workday business processes and HCM fundamentals
Ability to analyze, document, and communicate technical requirements effectively
Preferred
Workday Pro or Workday Integration certification(s)
Experience with payroll-sensitive environments or unionized/civil‑service organizations
Background with SAP/PeopleSoft HCM/Payroll is a plus
