Responsibilities
Coordinate highly matrixed project development teams across multiple disciplines
Ensure resources are focused on critical activities to meet project schedules
Collaborate with environmental, regulatory, cultural, land acquisition, and interconnection teams
Develop and optimize project technical scope for maximum feasibility
Support PPA and GIA negotiations with origination and development teams
Coordinate engineering, estimating, and procurement requirements
Manage jurisdictional compliance and regulatory requirements
Optimize project variables to improve technical and financial outcomes
Qualification
Required
6-10 years of project management experience, preferably in energy/utilities
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Experience with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) or renewable energy projects
Strong coordination skills for managing multiple stakeholders
Knowledge of power purchase agreements (PPAs) and grid interconnection agreements (GIAs)
Understanding of environmental, regulatory, and permitting processes
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred
PMP certification
