The Quality Control/Finishing Coordinator is responsible for inspecting finished goods, verifying quantities, and ensuring that all orders meet the company's quality standards before shipment.

Responsibilities
Inspect all finished garments for print accuracy, defects, and overall quality
Count and verify quantities to ensure orders are complete
Complete and apply Quality Control decals indicating inspection approval
Fold, bag, and package garments according to customer specifications
Apply hang tags and insert customer appreciation materials when required
Print and attach packing slips to all orders
Verify packages for accuracy prior to sealing
Coordinate with the sales team on all online store projects
Sort completed goods by individual customer orders
Package orders for customer pickup or shipping
Process and ship online store orders accurately and efficiently
Update Printavo with package counts and pick-up locations
Update Monday.com to mark orders complete and ready for pickup
Place completed orders in designated staging areas to maintain workflow efficiency
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced production environment
Basic computer skills for order tracking and status updates
Strong time management and follow-through
Ability to work independently while supporting team goals
Preferred
Experience in screen printing, fulfillment, or production finishing is a plus — but not required
