This role involves overseeing all technical and production activities within the MRO environment, requiring strong leadership and deep technical knowledge of aircraft maintenance.

Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily MRO production and maintenance operations
Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, company procedures, and quality standards
Plan, coordinate, and control maintenance schedules, manpower, and resources
Lead and supervise engineers, mechanics, and technical personnel
Act as the primary technical authority for maintenance decisions
Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations departments
Monitor KPIs, productivity, and turnaround times
Ensure proper documentation, records, and maintenance release processes
Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives
Communicate effectively with internal teams, management, and external partners
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in aviation MRO, preferably with private or business aircraft
Previous experience as Production Manager, Maintenance Manager, or Technical Director
Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and maintenance compliance
Solid understanding of aircraft systems, structures, and maintenance processes
Fluent Russian and English (spoken and written)
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Preferred
FAA A&P license (or equivalent international license)
Experience managing multicultural or international teams
Experience with base and line maintenance operations
Familiarity with maintenance tracking and ERP systems
