End User Services Analyst
ComResource is looking for an End User Services Analyst. The role involves providing second-level desktop and infrastructure support while ensuring high levels of customer service and operational reliability.

Responsibilities
Provide second-level user support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
Respond to and resolve service desk tickets and escalations
Support desktop deployments and PC replacement programs
Install and configure hardware and software per corporate standards
Maintain asset inventory and manage spare equipment
Assist with network wiring and local infrastructure support
Support backup operations and ensure compliance with security policies
Qualification
Required
2+ years of Windows desktop deployment and support experience
Experience with SCCM, LANDesk, or similar tools
Experience with Mobile Device Management
Windows 10 and Mac deployment/support experience
Knowledge of network infrastructure and security principles
PowerShell or VBScript scripting experience
Experience with ITSM systems (ServiceNow preferred)
Preferred
ITIL v3 certification
Knowledge of ISO/IEC 9001 and 27001
Experience with virtualization technologies
