ComResource is looking for a Corporate Analyst – Help Desk. The role involves troubleshooting and supporting enterprise hardware, software, and device management across corporate and retail environments.

Responsibilities
Troubleshoot Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS hardware/software issues
Image and deploy Mac and Windows laptops/desktops
Provide Active Directory 2nd-tier escalation support
Manage SCCM, Jamf, and AirWatch distribution systems
Support Microsoft Systems Management Server (SMS)
Support Microsoft InTune (Endpoint Manager)
Manage incidents through Jira Service Management
Qualification
Required
1–3 years desktop support experience
Experience with PC/Mac support in distributed environments
Experience with SCCM, JAMF, SMS, Microsoft InTune (Endpoint Manager)
Active Directory support experience
Experience with Jira Service Management
Preferred
Experience supporting retail store environments
