Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of customers and be accountable for platform adoption, performance outcomes, and overall operational health, contributing to strong renewals and long-term customer value
Track and report on customer health, renewal status, as well as churn risk and expansion likelihood
Take a proactive approach to capturing customer feedback and be the voice of the customer internally
Act as the operational expert customers rely on for understanding platform insights and outputs
Follow the customer onboarding workflows, ensuring we deliver on time-to-value commitments
Ensure correct configuration and ongoing operational usage across paid media programs (primarily paid search)
Complete technical and campaign-level integrations
Proactively identify and resolve implementation issues impacting data accuracy or performance
Work closely with Product and Engineering to escalate issues and improve workflows
Provide guidance on how insights should be applied across paid media programs without owning day-to-day bid or keyword management
Analyze platform data to identify traffic quality issues, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities
Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for customer activation teams
Partner with customers to validate results and refine optimization approaches over time
Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned customers
Lead working sessions focused on platform usage, feature adoption, insights, and optimization outcomes
Participate in Lunio performance reviews centered on results, learnings, and next steps

Required

2-4+ years of experience in paid search, paid media, or performance marketing roles
Strong background in campaign analysis, optimization, and performance diagnostics
Experience working directly with customers or internal activation teams to guide data-driven, strategic conversations
Comfort working at the customer or program level rather than individual campaigns
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action
Clear communication skills when working with performance marketers and activation teams

Preferred

Experience working in or with media agencies
Exposure to MarTech or performance marketing platforms
Advanced Excel or reporting skills
Familiarity with traffic quality, invalid traffic, or fraud prevention concepts
