Responsibilities

Build and refine dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue, occupancy, and contribution margin
Analyze demand trends, seasonality, and competitive dynamics to drive rate decisions
Establish pricing guardrails, discounts, and promotional frameworks
Develop financial models to assess pricing scenarios, unit economics, and margin impact
Monitor key KPIs including ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and contribution margin
Perform variance analysis vs. forecast and prior periods and deliver clear recommendations
Partner closely with Operations, Revenue, and Leadership to align pricing with capacity and owner expectations
Present insights in a clear, actionable way to senior stakeholders
Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning tied to pricing and revenue
Improve pricing workflows through automation, tooling, and process improvements
Help scale pricing discipline across new markets and an expanding portfolio

Qualification

Financial modelingRevenue analyticsDynamic pricing strategiesAdvanced ExcelClear communication

Required

5+ years in Finance, FP&A, Revenue Analytics, or a similar role
Strong financial modeling and analytical skill set
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (BI tools a plus)
Comfortable operating independently in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Clear communicator who can influence cross-functional partners
