Sterling Engineering is seeking two CNC Machine Operators with experience on Mazak mills for a hands-on role. The operators will set up, operate, and program Mazak machines, ensuring quality and accuracy during production runs.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate Mazak AJV and V515 machine centers
Perform basic programming and edits on Mazatrol (or Fanuc) controls - programming is a plus
Use QC measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and other precision instruments
Support small production runs with attention to quality and accuracy

Required

Must have experience with CNC mills - specifically Mazak machines
Comfortable using precision measurement tools
