Mid, Senior LevelQuanta Manufacturing Fremont is seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors
Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies
Communicate project status, milestones, and issues to stakeholders
Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards
Manage changes to project scope and timelines
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
Conduct post-project evaluations and document lessons learned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field
Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Trello)
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Preferred
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification
Experience managing cross-functional or distributed teams
Industry-specific experience (IT, construction, healthcare, finance, etc.)
