Responsibilities
Performs a variety of industrial engineering tasks that are planned to provide experience and familiarization with the manufacturing operations staff and Company programs, methods, and practices
Performs operation analysis, variance analysis, and method improvements studies
Assists in auditing labor standards for accuracy
Assists in the economic evaluation of suggestions and method improvement studies
Prepares work flow, layout, sequence, manpower and other related charts, graphs and reports
Assists in capital expenditure analysis, justification, and forecast
Assists in plant and office space planning for efficient and effective utilization
Assists in developing LEAN implementation plans and process improvement
No required travel

Required
To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in related field or have completed their Bachelor's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age
Ability to obtain appropriate Security Clearance after onboarding
