Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or chat

Assist the team with processing, product information, and follow-up to ensure seamless transaction

Support the development of strategies by gathering customer feedback and market insights

Maintain accurate records of customer interaction, activities, and product requests to ensure data integrity

Collaborate to improve overall customer experience

Conduct product demonstrations and educational sessions for customers as needed

Stay informed about new products, features, and industry trends to effectively support initiatives
